A reservation, not a purchase
A Gold Kiosk reservation holds a place in the production queue. It is not a purchase or an order, and neither you nor Gold Kiosk is obligated to complete a transaction.
The deposit
The deposit is US $100 per kiosk. It is fully refundable at any time, for any reason. To request a refund, email reservations@goldkiosk.com. Your deposit is returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. You do not need to give a reason.
No commitment as to price, delivery date, or availability
The current kiosk price is US $35,000 per unit and is subject to change. Gold Kiosk makes no commitment as to price, delivery date, or availability. Additional platform and per-transaction fees apply and are provided in full during your onboarding call, before any order is placed.
Non-transferable
Reservations are non-transferable.
No territory or exclusivity
A reservation does not grant any territory, exclusivity, or protected area.
Founding Operator recognition
Founding Operator recognition is extended as a courtesy. It does not change the price, guarantee delivery, or grant any territory or exclusive right, and your $100 deposit remains fully refundable at any time.
Versioning
These Terms are versioned. The version in force when you reserve is recorded with your reservation.
